:: SE-Network is an international group of academics and practitioners working on legal aspects of the European Company.
The European Company (Societas Europaea – "SE") is based
on the Council Regulation (EC) No. 2157/2001 on the
Statute for a European Company and the Council Directive
No. 2001/86/EC supplementing the Statute with regard
to the involvement of employees. The aim of the Network
is to facilitate the access to the information and exchange
of ideas and experiences on this LEGAL Entity form of the European
Company Law. Visitors will find here i.a.:
- texts and drafts of national implementations acts
- list of publications relating to the SE from all European
countries
- information on current events such as academic conferences
and practitioners meetings
- working papers concerning the legal and economic aspects
of the SE
We will be very grateful for any remark and supplement
