Porsche Automobile Holding SE, the former Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, has been registered by Amtsgericht Stuttgart November 13, 2007.
The shareholders of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG resolved on the transformation into a European Company (SE) on their general meeting in June 2007. According to the agreement concluded with the Porsche employees, the existing co-determination in the supervisory board will continue. The claim of the employees of Volksawagen AG to stop registration of the SE, due to the fact that employees of VW had not been invited to negotiate, has been rejected by Arbeitsgericht Stuttgart.
