:: LEGAL TEXTS

The European Company is a European ship repainted in national colours every time it arrives in a new harbour - following a famous remark of Marcus Lutter. It is therefore of utmost importance not only to know the European legal texts (the Regulation and the Directive) but also the national implementation acts. Detailed reports on the implementation of the SE in the different Member States of the EU can be found in the book edited by Oplustil and Teichmann: The European Company - all over Europe. In order to provide you with up-to-date information, we try to keep up with further developments. Below you will find pdf-files or links concerning the current legislation in the Member States. We try to up-date our information regularly. Please support us by informing us about any further developments you come across in your home country or elsewhere.
